Dear Agony aunt
My doctor says I am suffering from arthritis in my hands, it is painful to type to much and I can not do as much gardening as I would like.
He has offered me pills but I don't like to fill my body with drugs, I do take cod liver oil as I have heard that is good for joint pain.
What else can you recommend, something that isn't drugs preferably please.
