Even if she were your age, you should have more ethics than to plan chasing after your cousin's girl. Would you like your cousin to chase your girlfriend if the tables were turned? What goes around comes around; that's karma- so think please before you act.

On the other hand, even if this girl was unattached, it's illegal for her to sleep with a 14 yr old& you could get her into lots of trouble. So if you care about your cousin and his girl as PEOPLE - as opposed to just looking for a bedmate, then pls turn yr attentions elsewhere; preferably to other 14 yr olds. You're young & have the future before you. Don't confuse admiration with anything else and wait for the right time& person- as then it will happen on its own.
