i think its wrong what your brothers doing. you should not be cooking for him. if hes 19. and i know you cant stand up to him. You need to talk to someone , like your parents and stop him. if he doesnt , make him move out, hes old enough to stand on his own two feet. but for now , id say try to avoid him.

i think u should tell ur parents if poss or some1 close, if he is doing this 2 u then wat will he be like with partners. u have 2 put a stop 2 it. tell an adult u feel comfortable about telling!!! best of look!!!!
